Eventually, the student will discuss her own preferred leadership strategy and style in terms of some issues related to the importance of teamwork as well as the organizational effectiveness and improvements. Using the student’s preferred leadership style, ways in which she could effectively influence the school organization regardless of the internal and external pressures will be thoroughly discussed. The last part of this paper will critically assess the significance of the first three parts of this study towards the student’s own leadership and management thinking and practice aside from its impact on my colleagues’ perception on effective leadership and management style.
