There is a high level of internal and out-of-door organization in and among these organizations respectively to achieve a high degree of efficiency that is a essential for emergency control and management. These organizations can be at city, state or federal level, depending upon the nature and the exigency of the agency, and also upon the scope and limits of its operations.
