The Bible is a collection of stories and teachings made up of two parts, the Old Testament and the New Testament, as well as the Pentateuch or the first five books of the Bible. The Pentateuch and Old Testament follow the days of creation, the stories of Moses, and all that happened before Jesus was born. The New Testament follows the life, teachings, and death of Jesus. Before the Bible was written around 3000 years ago, it was told through narratives, poetry, and songs. Much like fairytales, which are a non-religious way of teaching kids to be safe, such as in Hansel and Gretel, making smart decisions, such as in Sleeping Beauty, or to not talk to strangers, such as in Little Red Riding Hood; the Bible is used to teach people as a whole, with the stories of how the world was created or the creation of The Ten Commandments. The characters in the Bible often mimic true human behaviors and this makes it more relatable for people, for example, Elijah being suicidal or Moses having to find his own faith and his own true self. This can be connected to something like Shakespeare, each of his characters, though quite dramatic, all have a tragic flaw that often aides in the failures of the character but each tragic flaw is extremely human. When it comes to the African American community in the United States, the identifying term Nigger is one that has many meanings, but no matter the meaning, its use is usually met with controversy (The Racial Slur Database Nigger). Kaffir is a South African identifying term that also refers to those of African descent, and of a darker skin tone, and is filled with the same social controversy (The Racial Slur Database Kaffir). This particular study has been executed following the below-mentioned steps Analysing the impact of integration model followed by Big Energy in acquiring XYZ Energy on the overall attitudes, values and behaviour influenced by individual personality; Providing recommendations to help in motivating employees as well as help in developing good team or groups. These methods help in knowing the qualitative behaviour of the employees by knowing which organization can motivate them to work. After knowing the behaviour organization can change their rules and regulation, working style etc., but taking into consideration both new as well as old employees (Eatough et al, 2011). The main focus of this model is to describe the power and authority of the employees who are working in the organization and the employees who are new in the organization. If the authorities are not described to old and new employees, then there are chances of adverse affect in the long run program or job. Collegial Model The main focus of this model is teamwork of the organization. After absorbing XYZ Energy, there are many new employees and the team present have added many new subordinates that can make the problem for the team leader (O'Shaughnessy, 2013).
